My little Rue turned one and we are so blessed that Perez Photography captured the moments. It was a beautiful day surrounded by lots of family, friends and sweet decor. No couture party is complete without vintage touches, pinwheels, bunting flags, cupcakes, a lemonade stand and one very happy little girl covered in icing.
